The operating terms behind Swylink

Swylink is intended to help agencies and creators discover each other, search public handles, review relevant profile and content information, communicate inside the product, and manage collaboration workflows. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business or professional purposes connected to the marketplace.

You may not misuse the platform to scrape protected data, impersonate another person or brand, misrepresent your role or identity, send unlawful or abusive outreach, or attempt to interfere with the reliability, security, or availability of the service.

When you create a Swylink account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for ensuring the information attached to your account is accurate. If you sign up as a creator or agency, you are expected to use the platform in line with that role and with any public-facing identity you represent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile details, your messages, your requests, and any claims you make in connection with a collaboration, campaign, or commercial outreach.

Swylink may use a credits or wallet system for certain actions, including public handle lookups and deeper content inspection. When credits are consumed by an action, the balance shown in your account reflects the product's current usage record.

Credits are product usage units. Unless otherwise stated in a separate billing or commercial agreement, credits do not represent stored cash value, bank balances, or a promise of redemption outside the product environment.

Swylink may retrieve public-facing information from third-party enrichment or connected services in order to show creator and agency context. That information may change, may be incomplete, and may depend on external platform availability. We do not guarantee that all search results or profile insights will always be current, complete, or error-free.

Search results, profile summaries, and engagement indicators are provided to support decision making, not as legal, financial, reputational, or commercial guarantees.

If you use Swylink messaging or marketplace outreach features, you are responsible for the content you send and for ensuring your outreach is lawful, respectful, and truthful. The existence of a conversation, request, or introduction inside Swylink does not create or guarantee a contract between parties.

Any collaboration, payment arrangement, or campaign relationship formed between creators and agencies remains the responsibility of those parties unless a separate written Gallantrix agreement says otherwise.

We may suspend or restrict access to Swylink if we believe an account is being used in a way that creates security risk, legal risk, abuse, fraud, or operational harm. We may also change, improve, pause, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

These terms are written to fit the current Swylink product direction, but they are not a substitute for formal legal drafting. Before launch, you should still have final terms reviewed by qualified counsel based on your jurisdictions, billing model, provider setup, and launch plan.
