Privacy policy
Privacy for the creator-agency workflow
Swylink is built to help creators and agencies discover each other, search public handles, message inside the product, and manage collaboration workflows. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how that information is used inside the Swylink experience under Gallantrix.
Search visibility
We use public handle data to support search and profile review.
Usage records
Search history, credits, and conversations help power your account dashboard.
Protected access
Account access is tied to authenticated sessions and provider login flows.
Operational safeguards
We limit data use to operating, securing, and improving the marketplace.
What we collect
We collect account details you provide when you sign up for Swylink, including your name, email address, company information if you choose to add it, your selected role as either a creator or an agency, and any profile updates you make over time.
We also collect marketplace activity data generated as you use the product. This includes saved searches, search history, messages and conversation threads, credits or wallet usage, and profile interactions that help support your workflow inside Swylink.
When you search public social handles through Swylink, we may retrieve public-facing profile and content information from connected enrichment services or third-party providers in order to display creator and agency context in the product.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, personalize your Swylink experience, support creator-agency discovery, show search results, maintain conversation history, deduct wallet credits for usage-based actions, and improve the reliability and security of the platform.
Public handle lookup data is used to provide profile-level insight, content review, and deeper search context when you choose to explore a creator or agency in more detail. We do not present this data as a guarantee of performance or partnership outcome.
Data sharing and third-party services
Swylink may rely on infrastructure and service providers to support authentication, hosting, analytics, messaging-related features, and external social-data enrichment. These providers process data on our behalf only to the extent needed to operate the service.
If you use Google sign-in or another external identity provider, your login is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices. If you search a public handle, data may be requested from a third-party enrichment service connected to Swylink.
Retention, access, and account control
We retain account and usage information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate your Swylink account, maintain security records, and support product functionality. Some operational caches or temporary files may expire sooner based on system behavior.
You can update profile details from your account, and you can remove saved search entries inside the product. If you need broader account deletion or data-access support, you should contact Gallantrix through the support channel listed on the site.
Important note
This privacy policy is product-grade copy tailored to the Swylink experience, but it is not legal advice. Before launch, you should still have final privacy language reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdictions, payment setup, provider stack, and data-handling obligations.
